Product Introduction
This 378x36mm D56 brake disc features our 2nd-generation carbon ceramic coating technology, built as a premium upgrade for sports cars, performance sedans and track-oriented vehicles. Constructed with advanced carbon-ceramic composite matrix and an optimized high-temperature sintering coating process, it delivers more consistent braking performance, shorter bedding-in time and extended durability compared with standard first-generation carbon ceramic rotors.

The upgraded 2nd-generation surface coating forms a denser, more uniform silicon carbide friction layer on the disc surface. This enhances initial cold bite for more responsive braking at low temperatures, stabilizes friction coefficient across a wide thermal range, and further reduces wear on both the disc and matching brake pads. It also cuts down fine particle generation, producing minimal non-corrosive brake dust to keep wheel rims clean for longer.
Capable of withstanding continuous operating temperatures up to 1400°C, this carbon ceramic disc fully eliminates thermal fade during repeated hard braking, high-speed driving and long downhill runs. It delivers linear, predictable brake pedal feedback from cold start to extreme heat, ensuring reliable and consistent stopping power for daily street use and intensive track sessions alike.
Weighing approximately 50% less than a cast iron disc of the same dimensions, this rotor significantly reduces unsprung weight and rotational inertia. This translates directly to sharper steering response, improved cornering stability, faster acceleration and reduced suspension load, elevating overall vehicle handling performance.
With its ultra-low wear formula and reinforced coating, this brake disc offers 3 times or longer service life than conventional cast iron rotors. The carbon-ceramic base material is completely immune to rust and corrosion, making it ideal for humid climates and coastal regions. Routine maintenance is greatly reduced with less frequent cleaning and replacement.
This disc and its matched carbon ceramic brake pads fully comply with Euro 7 ECR-90 particulate emission standards, meeting the latest global regulatory requirements for modern performance vehicles.
It adopts a two-piece floating design with a high-strength aluminum alloy bell housing (56mm center bore). The floating structure allows the friction ring to expand freely under high temperatures, preventing brake judder, vibration and abnormal noise caused by thermal stress. We support full customization of mounting PCD, offset and drilling patterns to fit most popular multi-piston forged brake calipers and vehicle applications.
Important note: This carbon ceramic brake disc must be paired with dedicated carbon ceramic brake pads. Using standard semi-metallic or organic pads will damage the surface coating, cause abnormal disc wear and compromise braking safety.
