Car Carbon Ceramic Brake Discs

Our automotive carbon-ceramic brake discs are premium high-performance brake upgrades designed for luxury cars, sports cars, EV high-power vehicles and track-day racing use.

Manufactured with advanced microcrystalline carbon-ceramic composite technology, our CCB rotors completely outperform traditional cast iron brake discs in temperature resistance, braking stability, service life and lightweight performance.

With an extreme heat resistance up to 1400°C, our carbon ceramic discs eliminate thermal fade completely during continuous hard braking, high-speed driving, mountain descending and heavy towing. The friction coefficient remains stable in both low and high-temperature conditions, delivering consistent, linear and predictable braking feedback for daily street driving and aggressive track riding.

Compared with traditional iron rotors, our carbon‑ceramic discs are over 50% lighter, effectively reducing unsprung weight and rotational inertia. This significantly improves vehicle steering sensitivity, cornering stability, acceleration response and overall driving control.
