1. Carbon Fiber Raw Material Weaving Workshop

We take control of the upstream core material processing with professional carbon fiber looms. The advanced weaving equipment produces high-tensile carbon fiber preforms with uniform fiber distribution, which is the key guarantee for the final brake rotor's high-temperature resistance, low wear and stable friction performance. We can customize fiber fabric specifications to match different performance requirements of passenger cars, racing cars and modified vehicles.

2. High-Temperature Forming Core Workshop

The workshop is equipped with customized large-scale autoclave and sintering production lines with multi-layer intelligent operation platforms. The automated high-temperature sintering system strictly controls temperature, pressure and holding time in each procedure, realizing batch molding of carbon-ceramic blanks with consistent material density and structural stability. Every batch of semi-finished products goes through on-site operator tracking and written records for full traceability.

3. Precision CNC Machining Workshop

Multiple sets of high-precision CNC machining centers undertake the fine processing of brake rotor blanks, including center bore drilling, mounting hole array milling, surface grooving and tolerance calibration. We maintain micron-level machining accuracy to meet diverse OEM/ODM dimensional customization demands for different car models, while semi-finished products are sorted with clear identification labels to avoid mix-ups in every production link.

Strict Whole-Process Quality Control
From raw material incoming inspection, intermediate process sampling tests to finished product off-line verification, our QA team carries out full-round monitoring on site. Every production step has dedicated technicians for parameter checking, data recording and defect screening. Rigorous internal testing ensures our carbon-ceramic brake rotors pass harsh thermal fade, abrasion and structural strength assessments, matching international aftermarket performance standards.
